We want your stay at Lucky Dreamer Herb Farm B&B to be as enjoyable as possible. It's with you in mind that we have established these policies. Please note that the entire Lucky Dreamer Herb Farm property is a smoke-free environment - inside & outside. 

Upon acceptance of your reservation we require a deposit of 25% of your total stay or one night's lodging whichever is greater.  We will send you an invoice upon acceptance of your reservation.  Full payment is due upon check-in.

Cancellations 7 days or more prior to reservation dates will be fully refunded.  Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival date will receive a gift certificate for the full amount of the reservation deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee.

Occupancy: All of our rooms are based on double occupancy (we do not provide a discount for single occupancy. Due to our proximity to the river and a 15' bluff on our property we don't recommend it as a safe place for children under the age of 12. 

 Check-in time:  3- 7 p.m. or by arrangement. (We are flexible, but try to let us know in advance.) Check-out: 11 a.m.

Pets:  We have 3 goats and a very active, friendly dog on the premises. Additional animals would be a bit too much, so unfortunately at this time we cannot accept pets.
