Patio The cobblestone patio is your entrance to our B&B and the view is spectacular!  The river runs continuously year round.  Potted herbs from the farm tickle your senses - from Mojito Mint to Bay Laurel!  Feel free to pick and use the herbs during your stay. The patio features a picnic table, fire pit and BBQ grill, all for the express use of our guests!

LIVING ROOM The living room, for the exclusive use of our Guests, features a 40" flat screen LED HDTV with 120+ channels (for those days that the great outdoors just doesn't call you!) Two large futons (that convert to full size beds) & a massage chair for relaxing await you after a long day exploring nature.  Feel free to use the MP3/CD/Radio Stereo to listen to your favorite music.  And for those rainy/snowy days or late nights we have tons of books to read & games to play.

KITCHEN The kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances.  You are welcome to store perishables in the refrigerator/freezer during your stay.  And if you get the urge to cook, the kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you should need.... you just provide the food and take advantage of the dishwasher when through :-) Click Here to Check Availability or Make Reservations Now!

SUNROOM  As you enter through our sunroom, you'll immediately notice the touches of comfort, including an overstuffed chaise lounge.  A bar height table in the sunroom allows you to enjoy the scenery as you eat breakfast . The sunroom features a heated slate floor - so it is a great room to relax in especially during the winter.  It has a great view of the river and surrounding hillside.

WORK / DESK AREA A desk with a Lexmark printer/scanner/copier is available to hook up to your computer.  Free wi-fi internet access is available throughout the B&B.  A bulletin board is provided where we'll post any local "happenings."  We also have a wall map that our guests use to indicate where they are visiting from.

BATHROOM  The bathroom features a full bathtub & shower.  It is "herbally" decorated in soothing colors.  While the bathroom is shared, the Bay Room does have its own vanity & sink for a bit more privacy.
