Our Room Rates vary slightly during the year.  Generally speaking our rooms are $93.00-$120.00 per night.  The exact rate will be indicated when you check availability. 

We have 2 futons that convert into full size beds in the living room area that can be booked by calling us directly.  These can only be booked in conjunction with the regular bedrooms.  The charge for the futon/beds will vary between $40-$60 per night per bed depending on the time of year and number of guests for each.

We provide a discount for renting the entire B&B space, to accommodate up to 8 people.  The rate for the entire space is $240 - $300 per night.  Please call us to book the entire space.

We also provide a 10% discount for weekly stays. 

 Lyon & Lincoln county MN residents receive a 10% discount taken at check-in with proof of residency.  (This cannot be combined with any other discounts or special events at the herb farm.)

POLICIESSSS

A deposit of 25% of your total stay or one night's lodging whichever is greater, is required.  We will send you an invoice upon acceptance of your reservation.  Full payment is due upon check-in.

Cancellations 7 days or more prior to reservation dates will be fully refunded.  Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival date will receive a gift certificate for the full amount of the reservation deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee.

Due to our proximity to the river and a 15' bluff on our property we don't recommend it as a safe place for children under the age of 12. 

We have 3 goats and a dog on premises. Additional animals would be a bit too much, so unfortunately at this time we cannot accommodate pets.

We are a non-smoking property - inside & out.  It is a short walk to a public area where you can smoke. Thank you for your cooperation & understanding.
